Do you have parking? YES- we have parking in the back
What kind of items do you consign? We sell women’s and unisex clothing, shoes and accessories. Please visit us in person before consigning. We prefer pristine items purchased new within 1-3 years, plus select vintage pieces. We take NEW swimwear with tags and pajamas in like-new condition.
Will you sort my items during my drop off appointment? Yes. You may shop around, visit neighboring businesses, or go get a coffee while you wait.
How do I know what items you selected for consignment? If you are NEW, you will receive a link to your new Consignor Access account as soon as your items are researched, priced, steamed and ready to sell. It can take up to seven days during busy seasons. If you are RETURNING, you will not receive an email and are encouraged to visit your Consignor Access account.
Should I bring my items on hangers? NO- we will just have to fold and transfer them into a bag.
Should I bring my shoeboxes? NO- we do not have a way to dispose of them.
How many items can I bring to my appointment? 15 items or less.
Can I pick up my unsold items AFTER they have expired? No, sorry but we do not store expired items. They will be donated upon expiration. Please reach out within the week before expiration and we will pull your items and return them to you. We suggest marking your calendars if you prefer not to donate.
Do I need to launder and clean my items before bringing them in? Definitely. We only accept freshly laundered clothing with no stains, rips, damage, pet hair or odors. Check those pockets!
Do you take jewelry? Yes! If you know the maker and/or material of the jewelry, please add a note for our buyers.
What brands do you accept? We take thousands of brands, but our specialty is small batch ethical designers. A couple of perfect examples would be Sugar Candy Mountain out of Los Angeles or Babaá out of Spain.
Do you take maternity? Yes, we take better brands in excellent condition. Brands such as Citizens of Humanity denim, PAIGE denim, Hatch or Seraphin.
How do I request a payout? Please email or text us to request one payout after all of your items sell. Please specify if you prefer a check or ACH transfer to your bank account. If requesting an ACH transfer, please connect your bank account first.
Can I consign only one item? Please text us a photo of the item and the designer name to 503-753-8717. It may not be worth your time to go through the consignment appointment process for only one item.
