Seasonless items (like denim, basics, handbags, and sneakers) are accepted year round.

We prefer pristine items purchased new within the past 1-3 years, plus select vintage pieces.

We take NEW swimwear with tags and pajamas in like-new condition.

In the spirit of sustainability and transparency, we DO NOT take fast fashion brands such as:

Shein, Old Navy, H&M, Target, Walmart, Forever 21, Urban Outfitters, Fred Meyer, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Chicos, J. Jill, LOFT, Costco, Cabi, Michael Kors, Kenneth Cole, Calvin Klein, Anne Klein etc.

 

HOW TO CONSIGN WITH US — PLEASE READ FIRST

Step 1: Make an Appointment

  • Book a drop-off appointment after reading these details.

  • Bring items anytime on your appointment day.

  • Please bring items folded in paper or cloth bags only (no hangers or boxes).

  • We’ll review your items within 2 days of drop-off.

Step 2: We Select & Price Your Items

  • We accept pristine, current (1–3 yrs old) items and select vintage pieces.

  • NEW swimwear (with tags) and like-new pajamas accepted.

  • Items are priced at ¼–½ of retail, depending on brand and condition.

  • Due to limited space, we are very selective about what we take.

Step 3: Consignor Access & Pick-Ups

  • New consignors: If we select any of your items, you will receive a Consignor Access invite via email within 7 days.

  • Returning consignors: Log-in to your existing account (we do not send you an e-mail).

  • Pick up “go-backs” within 10 days of drop-off — unclaimed items are donated to RoseHaven Shelter after that period. We do not send reminders before donation.

Step 4: Earn Credit

  • Earn 50% in store credit or 40% by check once items sell.

  • Payouts available on request; balance & credit expire after 12 months of inactivity.

  • Check your sales and balance anytime in your Consignor Access account.

ITEM EXPIRATION POLICY

  • Items expire after 90 days. To reclaim unsold items, email us before the expiration date (visible in your Consignor Access account). Only unexpired items can be returned.

Tip: Visit our boutique before consigning — we focus on independent designers and curated, boutique brands.
