TAKE CARE WITH CARE Take good care of your items and check for stains after wearing. Laundering is so important; be sure to read instructions.
SEASONAL Consign your seasonal items right before or at the beginning of their season for their best chance (bring in summer dresses right before summer).

BEST OF THE BEST Keep in mind that there are billions of clothing items currently in circulation and consignment is for the very best of those items. There is so much excess out there.
GIVE IT UP Donate anything that is very worn looking, has stains or holes or is no longer desirable. It’s okay, it had a good life, let it go. Some tailors will mend your really great items for a small fee. Then they can go back into circulation.

KEEP IT CLEAN Be sure to launder your items before bringing them in for potential consignment. Get rid of any perfume, pet hair, excess lint, etc. The better the item looks and smells, the better its chance at being chosen for resale.

FAQ’S

  1. Do you have parking? YES- we have parking in the back

  2. What kind of items do you consign? We sell women’s and unisex clothing, shoes and accessories. Please visit us in person before consigning. We prefer pristine items purchased new within 2-3 years, plus select vintage pieces. We take NEW swimwear with tags and pajamas in like-new condition.

  3. Will you sort my items during my drop off appointment? NO- our buyers will sort them within a few days of drop off.

  4. When do I pick up the items that you didn’t choose? Within 10 days after your appointment.

  5. How do I know what items you selected for consignment? If you are NEW, you will receive a link to your new Consignor Access account as soon as your items are researched, priced, steamed and ready to sell. It can take up to seven days during busy seasons. If you are RETURNING, you will not receive an email and are encouraged to visit your Consignor Access account.

  6. Should I bring my items on hangers? NO- we only take items contained in grocery sized bags. We have limited storage space.

  7. Should I bring my shoeboxes? NO- we do not have a way to dispose of them.

  8. How many items can I bring to my appointment? 10 items for NEW consignors (choose your very best top 10 items) or 20 items for returning consignors.

  9. Can I pick up my unsold items AFTER they have expired? No, sorry but we do not store expired items. They will be donated upon expiration. Please reach out within the week before expiration and we will pull your items and return them to you. We suggest marking your calendars if you prefer not to donate.

  10. I’m going on a trip right after I drop off my items. Can you hold any unchosen items until I return? NO- please reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time or choose to donate anything left over. Again, our storage is very limited and we have hundreds of active consignors.

  11. Do I need to launder and clean my items before bringing them in? Absolutely! We only accept freshly laundered clothing with no stains, rips, damage, pet hair or odors. Check those pockets!
